Carol, I got the DVD yesterday and we watched it last night. Let me say that it was well worth it. It was actually better than being AT the inspection. The level of detail was extraordinary and I had NONE of the distractions that I had when I was actually on the island and in the house. The DVD helps you to focus on the issues brought to light by the inspectors. As for the inspectors themselves, Chris and Scott were a dynamic team, and it is apparent to me that very little gets by either one of then. The inspection was crucial in this case as it appears the sale hinges on it. Right now, it is not looking good as the sellers have declined to make any repairs but have instead offered a $500 credit. I would not consider going with another inspection firm. You guys are really, really good, and the DVD makes that abundantly clear. As part of the marketing, you may wish to emphasize that the DVD allows you to focus on the issues that arise in the inspection as well as, or even better than if you were actually there. Please tell Chris not to walk so close to the edge of the roof. I may need him for another inspection some day. Thanks for bearing with me as I go through typical haole hysteria during the buying process.
